About the Role
The Manager, Support Services plays a key leadership role in directing the overall operations of:
- Food Services
- Environmental Services
- Laundry Services
- Stores (where applicable)
Across designated sites, you will be responsible for financial, strategic, and operational planning, overseeing the implementation of policies and processes, managing capital expenditures, and leading cost-control strategies and human resource practices. You will also collaborate and network within the regional structure to ensure integration and consistency of services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics, plus 5–7 years of recent leadership experience in a similar role within an organization of moderate complexity, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of BC and Dietitians of Canada
- Membership in
- Certificate of proficiency in Laundry and/or Environmental Services
- Food Safe Level 1 and 2 certifications
- Experience with CBORD Food and Nutrition or other diet software (asset)
- Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
**CSNM membership will be considered as well as per Health Authority**
Starting salary ranges from $90,770 to $113,462, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
