What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent service and care. Organize schedules and daily workflow to keep things running smoothly. Mentor and coach staff to reach their full potential. Build strong relationships with team members, residents/clients, and families. Support staff development through training and feedback. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For: A team player with proven leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communicator who can build trust and motivate others.
